Voyageurs National Park ecologist Steve Windels will offer insights into research on Lake Sturgeon at the Voyageurs National Park Association members and friends event on April 19 in Minneapolis.
The event, which is scheduled to get underway at 5:00 p.m. with refreshments and a social, will feature Windels’ and colleague Cam Trembath’s research on the ancient fish. The gathering will be held in Room 180 of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, 301 19th Ave. S in Minneapolis.
The gathering is open to the public. A donation of $10 is suggested. Registration is not required, but VNPA welcomes RSVPs at (612) 333-5424 or vnpa@voyageurs.org.
