In stunning time lapse video, a new short film shows the awe-inspiring beauty of Voyageurs National Park. The Voyageurs 8K video features stunning images of the aurora borealis and colorful sunrises and sunsets over the big wild lakes of the park on Minnesota’s northern border.
The video was sponsored by Voyageurs National Park Association and produced by the company More Than Just Parks, started by brothers Will and Jim Pattiz to create films chronicling all 59 of America’s National Parks.
“The goal of our project is to share the wonders of our national parks with as many people as we can, thereby ensuring their continued protection and enjoyment for generations to come,” the team writes. “We plan to accomplish this goal through visually stunning short films, engaging online interactions, and breathtaking imagery.”
The Pattiz brothers spent several weeks at Voyageurs to film all the footage for the video.
