Voyageurs National Park will be featured on a new U.S. Postal Service stamp to be issued April 11.
The stamp (left) features a photo by Richard Olsenius of Annapolis, Maryland depicting early-morning fog over a lake in the park with rocks and marsh grass in the foreground.
The stamp is the latest installment in the USPS’s Scenic American Landscapes series which has previously depicted scenes from Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Mt. McKinley National Parks, among others.
The Voyageurs issue is an 80-cent, international postage rate stamp.
